Terms of Use (EULA)

End User License Agreement (EULA).This document is the Terms of Use and EULA for the DropCheck mobile application (iOS and Android, the "App"). It governs your license to the App and, where applicable, auto-renewable subscriptions you purchase through the App Store or Google Play. For subscription management, renewals, and cancellations, use your account settings: on iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, the Google Play subscriptions page.

NORDLICHT LTD("we", "our", or "us") operates the App. By downloading, installing, or using DropCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropCheck, you agree to comply with these Terms and acknowledge this agreement as the EULA for the App.

2. Description of Service

DropCheck provides:

  • Product verification and price comparison
  • Supplier lookup and markup visibility
  • Shopping intelligence tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You may use certain app features as a guest.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use DropCheck.
  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Use automated abuse (bots, scraping, overload attempts)
  • Submit knowingly false or misleading information

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • All app content, features, and functionality are owned by NORDLICHT LTD or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit.
  • You grant us a limited license to process submitted content to provide app functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

DropCheck integrates with third-party services including cloud infrastructure, subscription billing providers, analytics, and product lookup sources.

We are not responsible for:

  • Availability or accuracy of third-party services
  • Third-party policies or terms
  • Products or services offered by third parties

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Subscription Plans

DropCheck may offer weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions that unlock premium features. Free trials or introductory pricing may be offered when available in the app or on the store.

7.2 Payment Processing

In-app payments and auto-renewing subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and, where you use the Android app, Google(Google Play). Your use of subscriptions is also subject to the applicable store's terms (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement where required). To the extent of any conflict between this EULA and mandatory store terms for billing, the store terms govern payment and renewal mechanics.

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the store provides otherwise. Use your device or store account: on iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; in the Play Store, open Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

7.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with notice as required by the applicable app store and law; continued use after a change may constitute acceptance in line with store rules.

8. Disclaimers

  • The app is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • Service may be interrupted or unavailable at times.
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all product, price, or supplier information is always current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app subscription, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORDLICHT LTD and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

11. Rate Limits and Usage

We apply rate limits to maintain fair access and service reliability. Excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.

12. Privacy

Use of DropCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

You may stop using DropCheck at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new Last Updated date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be addressed through good faith negotiation first, then mediation or arbitration where required or agreed. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory or consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region of residence.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use (EULA) and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and NORDLICHT LTD regarding DropCheck.
